MojoModz offers a limited 30-day returns on custom consoles supplied by us. This limited 30-days returns excludes damage
from misuse, mishandling, third-party modifications, or external factors. Broken warranty seals constitute to this.
No warranty is provided for hardware sent to us by the customer unless agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring items sent for service are in working condition. If faults are found that were not disclosed, the item may be returned without service. In such cases, your order will be refunded minus return shipping and a £20 service fee.
Product must be returned using originally provided packaging used during shipping. The product must not show any signs of use or damage, differing from it's original condition at the point of sale - it must be in the same condition we sent it to you.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
