We will only provide shipping options that allow for a tracked service, to ensure peace of mind and safe delivery of your item. These will be displayed at the checkout.

For ready-to-ship "Pre Modded" orders (with no further services/mods requested), we will aim to ship these orders within 2 working days. If however an unexpected issue prevents this, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please ensure you provide a correct email address at the checkout, as this will be used to provide you with your tracking information once it is available.

We will always endeavour to package your order safety and securely so that it reaches you in the condition it left our premises.

Send-In Services (Customer-Supplied Console)

For "Send In Services" - you’ll be responsible for packaging and shipping it to our address. After you place your order, we’ll email you with instructions and all the shipping info you’ll need. Please note that the cost of sending your console to us isn’t included in the service price. The shipping fee that is charged covers sending your console back once the work is complete. Where possible, we’ll reuse the packaging you originally sent it in. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind, but please avoid shipping methods that require a signature on delivery.

 
For any issues encountered during shipping when you receive your item, please initially contact the courier provider and follow any due process. Please also inform us of any issues upon immediate receipt of the item (within 24 hours), as we will attempt to assist you in the matter. However the ultimate liability rests solely with the courier.

For international shipping we bear no responsibility for custom fees, duty or policies of your country. Likewise, we are not responsible for any customs fees for receiving your items (sent to us on a Send In Service order). Please ensure proper arrangements are made prior to allow to any fees and duties to be paid appropriately, as to not delay your order. 

Fulfilment times may vary depending on the specific service or product. For items sent in for work, turnaround is typically 3-4 weeks from the date the item is received unless otherwise stated. The same 3-4 week lead time also applies for further modifications requested to a "Ready Made" console.
